A Child’s brain develops very fast, the brain functioning of a 2 year old and 3 year old is absolutely different so the approach needed to teach them should be also be different. Our Pre-School is planned accordingly and is divided into groups, to ensure proper learning according to their age.

Wonder Time is time for children to develop and test their own ideas, and in a social climate that tells the children that questions and experimentation are as valuable as knowing the right answers. Scientific thinking is manifested as young children ask questions, conduct investigations, collect data, and search for answers.
Circle Time is a teaching and learning process which helps children to understand and be aware of their emotions, develop social skills and practice problem-solving skills. Children build confidence, engage in activities which facilitate language development and build skills like looking, listening, speaking, thinking and concentrating. During Circle Time children learn how to take turns, respect the rights of others, and understand the need for rules.
At TSWY we have “Share and Tell” for children in which all children share their own experiences, their likes and dislikes together with the teachers. Share ‘N’ Tell activity is specially designed for the children to express themselves in their peer groups and become confident. The teachers participate to give the best suggestions so that children benefit the most. With time their fears fade and they start expressing proudly. It also helps in strengthening their language and communication skills.
Children are free to move to different activity corners and choose to work on an activity of their choice. They could choose to look at a story book, play with blocks, draw or colour, play with dough and fulfil their curiosity. It is a free activity for them to explore and design their own masterpieces for their classrooms. Giving children the freedom of choice, helps them in developing decision making skills.
Sportsmanship is infused in our children in the most creative way. Fitness sports for children is another fun way to make our children stay fit. Children build positive association with outdoor games which helps in their healthy growth and development. Children experience the value of supporting and appreciating each other’s skills, develop persistence and sports-man spirit.
Music and Movement programme enables children to explore their creative instincts along with building coordination. Music along with dance let the children go free and develop their gross motor skills.
